Answer:I will say Hi to
everybody in the shop and give them a quick guide
then ask them to have a quick tour in
the shop and excuse them to answer the
phone, then I try to answer the phone call as
quickly as I can and if I feel
that it
will take longer time then I take a note and
excuse the caller to contact him again after a
while then I finish
the customer 1 by 1
then I call that caller again to handle him.
