子邮件有许多优点,
实时又私密,
方便又省时,
难怪有成千上万人使用电子邮件与亲友联
系,甚至进行商业往来。
在这种沟通热潮之下,多年没写信的人纷纷开始使用电子邮件。如
果熬夜加班

可以将邮件寄到他人信箱,
对方明早就可读取信件。
想联系的朋友若是身处另
一个时区,
或者生理节
律与你不同,
你可以写电子邮件,
不必担心会跟打电话一样扰人
清梦。

开首敬辞
电子邮件的开头一定要先行问候,例如:「
Dear Lill
ian,
」。根据你与收信者的亲疏远近,
你要称呼他们的姓而
非他们的名,例如:「
Dear Mrs. Price,
」。
如果关系较为亲近,你可
以说:「
Hi
Kelly,
」。

开场白
)
如果回复客户的询问,
你可先表达感谢。
例如:
如果某人询问你的公司,
你可以说:

表明你的目的

开场白
)
你有可能无法用感谢词来作为电子邮件的起头。
如果是这样,

可以表明目的。
例如:

」或「

reference to your advertisement…
」。
尽早在电子邮件中清楚说明目的,
然后进入邮件的主题内容。

电子邮件时再次感谢对方,或
者再写些客气的结束语。你可以先说「

」或「

结尾辞
电子邮件的最后一步是使用适
切的结尾辞与属名,
正式用语是
