This policy is to designate the policy and procedure of facilities maintenance in hotel.


此政策的颁布是为了明确酒店设施维护的程序。

1.

are


caused


by


three


kinds


of


situation:


normal


damage,

this


case,


the


Engineering department will mend with free of charge); caused by guests or staff. If damage caused


by guests or staff, compensation is required after investigation by Engineering Department together


with Finance Department.

简称


RR


单,顾名思义是对已有设施因不同原因损 坏后要求修理


的。损坏的原因通常分三类,即自然损坏(质量、寿命),工程部负责无偿 的修理,费用由工程部


列支。其他两类分别是员工人为和客人造成的损坏,由工程部汇同 财务部视情节而定赔偿办法。

The RR consists of three copies, the first copy is used as stub for request department, the second and third


copy sent to maintenance department, when maintenance is finished, the Engineering Department will


return the second copy to the request department with a list of cost and details of name



specification



quantity of used materials for maintenance.



维修单设为三联,第一联为报修部门作存根用,第二、第三联交于维修部门,维修结束(消单)


后,其中第二联返回报修部门,工程部将在维修单返回联上,写清更换所需的材料名称、规格和 数


量,以便各部门掌握,及时进行维修材料的校核。

RR form are asked to filled in and submitted by staff who is shift leader level above generally. And


the RR form should be filled clearly, and Chinese staff fill with Chinese, foreign staff with English,


if the RR form is unable to recognize, it will considered as not valid when duty engineer take down


the RR No. What more, the Engineering department have right to investigate reason of damage via


department heads.


维修单原则上由领班级 以上人员填报。各部门针对所需要修理的项目,按维修单正页所定栏目填

单时,中国人请用中文,外籍人士用英文,所有 栏目要求内容明了、简捷,字迹工整、


能识认,对于重要栏目缺项或无法识认字体的,则 作退单处理,如部门和人名都不清晰的,则由当


值工程师记录单号后,做无效单处理。工 程部有通过报修部门经理,了解、核实损坏原因的权利。

Requested department send the filled RR form to Engineering duty room, and register as required. If


need to sign receiving record, please ask the on-duty staff.



由 各部门派员将填写好的维修单送至工程部值班室,并请按要求进行登记,如需签收确认则由当值

As for fire alarm(report to security first)



and other emergence such as no electricity & water




water leaking

problem, are all belong to urgent maintenance . In this situation, you can dial extension No. 6262


directly to request maintenance at once, the on-duty staff of Engineering department will follow up


the


maintenance


issue.


And

RR


form

to

room


afterwards.


对于火警(首报保安部)、停电、停 水、漏水、电梯困人、办公、营业场所大门松脱无法锁门、


VIP


房或有入住房影响客人使用的严重故障发生,均属紧急维修范畴。此时,可直接拨打“

”电话分


机进行报修,由工程部当值人员负责受理和跟 踪。并请电话报修人员报上部门和姓名,事后须及时将


紧急报修电话通知内容补填维修单 ,再送至工程部值班室。

When received RR form from departments, the


engineering on duty staff will make a record and


deal with all the requirements according to the urgent level .


工程部当值人员在收到各部门送报的维修单后,在第一时间内登记在册,并按送报维修内容的轻重


缓急,先将紧急维修单安排处理,再将其它单子分配进行处理。即:本着先主要设备,后 个别地


方,先客房,后员工的原则排队分级处理。

The technician who assigned task from RR form, should arrive the scene and work in a right and


safe way and clean the scene with requested departments while finished tasks, and also sign the RR


form


with


filling


material


used



finishing


date


,


then



ask


requested


departments


to


sign


for


acknowledgement. If technology question or other problem


existed, please report to higher levels


according to procedures.



分配到维修单后的技工,应 及时赶赴现场进行规范、文明作业,要求安全、快速、正确进行处理,


并应注意配合报修 部门清理现场,完成后须在维修单栏目上填写所用材料、完工日期及签名,并请


报修部门 验收、签名。如遇技术或其它方面的疑问,即按部门相关程序进行逐级汇报。

he finished and signed RR form should submitted to the on duty engineer for filing.


经验收签名的 维修单由技工交当值工程师处,再由当值工程师进行消单、汇总。
