储备人才培养计划



一、



制订目的



为了配合公司整体发展战略 ,


支持公司的长远发展,


需要培养一批较高素质的技术和管理人 才。


人力资源部拟建立储备人才培养机制,


通过外部招聘和内部 选拔两种渠道,


选拔一批有潜质的员工,


组织实施一系列的培训 课程,安排相应的轮岗、


在岗锻炼等机会,促进储备人才的成长,满足公司


的用人需求。

适用范围



公司所有储备人才的招聘、培养、管理、晋升。



三、



建设原则



1.



持续实施原则。


储备人才培养工作原则上至少每年开展一次,保证优秀人才源源不断。



2.



共同培养原则。


培训方案由实施主体单位(人力资源部)制定、公司各部门及子公司作为培养


基 地,共同实施培训工作。



3.



人才共享原则。


各部门可根据本部门的用工需求对储备人才进行聘用 。储备人才在储备期内也


可参与公司的内部岗位竞聘。



4.



自我学习原则。


储备人才除参加公司组织的各项培训之外,需加强自我学习,努力进步。

导师负责原则。


储备人才在开班

个月之后,可根据自己的职业规划, 可从公司的导师库中选


择相应的领导为自己的职业导师(双向选择)

。导师有义务辅导储备人才直到其能独立胜任某一岗


位。

储备人才的选拔标准



机械类、管理类 专业,大专及以上学历(特别优秀的可适当放宽)
