此帖与《关于论文撰写的几点体会》写于同一晚，因担心被众帖所没，
而众人且不得
见，浪费本人心力，所以才未上传。感谢版主加了精华，
也感谢部分人的支持，谨以此文
以表谢意！
写好了一篇高质量的论文，还得推介出去，让自己
的观点和见解为众人
所知。可能不少同学苦于投发无门，或将目光仅锁定于研究生学报，
或
不得以花钱买文章，
或成日抱怨期刊太过挑剔，硕士研究生想
不花钱发
表文章很难。对于第一种人，我想说的是“投资”不能太单一化，单一
化风险大，机会小。研究生学报是双月刊，每期发表的文章也有限，质
量
要求也不低。况且还制定了一条不太合理的规定，每人每学年只能发
表一篇，原因是照顾
到更多的劳苦大众，这种解释未免过于荒唐，其荒
唐之处不言而明，
造成的后果就是某几期收到的文章质量普遍下降。对
于第二种人，
< br>我想说如果你有钱你就去买，如果你论文确实写的不行你
就去买，或者说你对写论
文没有任何兴趣，读硕士只是拿个文凭，增加
就业砝码，你也确实没必要在此上面花费时
间，交点钱应付学校的要求
也未尝不可。能力是全方面的，你可以锻炼其他方面的能力，
或把自己
的精力用于考证上，都没什么问题，不用太在意别人的看法。对于第三
种人，我想说应该多尝试，不能没尝试就人云亦云，或者只尝试一次失
败
后就妄下结论，成功只属于用于尝试不断尝试的人。也许，下一次就
是成功了。如同一部
电视剧上的两句台词，恋爱失败了

记得前段时间有位毕业工作后的师姐介绍过这方面的经验，
但我觉得太
散不太系统。
下面结合本人的切身感受和体会谈谈论文投稿和发表中
的
小窍门：
怎么投稿？现在投稿有三
种方式：
只接受纸质稿，
待审核通过后再要求
< br>作者发电子版；只接受电子版（邮箱发送）；两者同时要。我一般只采
取第二种方
式，成本低且相对快捷，利于缩短周期。邮寄纸质版成本确
实很高，打印费加上邮寄费，
一份就得两三块。研究生不像专家教授，
多数时候投出去都只有一种结果——石沉大海，
不过也有规避出现此结
果的相关策略，
下面阐述中会提及到。
加之邮寄的周期长，
多数要一周，
加上审稿周期，这样一年也发表不了几篇文章。所以凡是要求寄纸质版
的期刊我一律不投。
投给哪些刊物？这个问题回答起来比较麻
烦，
由于本人时间有限，
只能
写到哪说
到哪了。

）了解刊物的基本信息，前面提到发到期刊的邮箱。很多人会说，
我怎么知道呢？方法
有很多种。如果你知道刊名，
你可以直接在百度或
Google
上搜到；如果你想知道大量刊物的邮箱，则需借助数据库，具
体
的方法大家去摸索，包括什么地址、联系电话、主要栏目都能查到。

）知道了大量刊物的邮箱，也不能把一篇文章全部都
发吧，你得照
顾到自己的形象和学术道德，
一般选择两三个最优
选择就行了，过一个
月没什么回复再另外选择几个，
或干脆过段
时间后厚着脸皮打电话向编
辑部问问情况（我从来不这样做，提出此条建议是受他人启发
，实践证
明效果不错）。
