甲、乙双方本着互利互惠，诚实守信，优势互补 的原则，经过友好协商，就甲方对

如果在采购合同执行过程中，由于甲方客户方面的不当，发生问题，

在乙方的要求下，

的情况下，那么甲方有权要求乙方按采购合同及本合同条款执行。
