6.2.1.

船舶在国内沿海发生海上交通事故，应按《中华人民共和国海上交通事故调查处理

条例》的规定向就近港口的海事机构报告并提交《事故报告》

。

6.2.2.

船舶发生海上污染事故 ，应按规定向就近海事机构报告并提交《事故报告》

申请检验和出证

7.1.

因海事而遭受损坏或构成不适航问题时，应申请船检机构对受损部位进行检验。明确

海损范围、原因和程度，并取得由其签署的海损鉴定书及临时适航证书。

7.2.

如水线以下受损，应申请潜 水员进行水下检查，搞清船体包括船底板、螺旋桨、舵等

的损坏情况，要求潜水员出具检 查报告。

7.3.

如海事涉 及两艘或两艘以上船舶，或固定建筑物，或其他财产遭受损失时，船长（或

派人参加检查，或 申请联合检验，明确受损范围、程度及原因，防止对方以后任意扩

大范围。

7.6.

发生严重油污事故后，应通过代理申请海事鉴定人员予以核定，特别应对污染程度、

范围，对油污区船舶，其它建筑物的受污损，以及对海洋生态资源损坏已采取的清除
