Disclosure content:

1.

Welding

machine

should

be

stored

in

dry

and

well

insulating

condition.

Check if first and second insulated wires are in good condition, if there is a shield on

wiring

section,

if

electrode

holder

is

in

good

condition

and

if

null

line

works

at

connecting section. After checking and verifying there is no hidden danger, welding

machine can be used.

2.

Workers

should

take

insulating

measure

when

they

work

in

wet

condition,

such as in gutter, pipe and boiler. They can use insulating board or rubber and wear

insulating shoes. Work surroundings should be well ventilated.

3.

Operators should wear insulating glove and insulating shoes when they

are

welding.

Shelf,

rail,

pipe

steel

and

another

conductor

are

forbidden

to

connect

welded object. Copper wire is allowed to connect welded object.

4.

Operators

should

have

operating

certificate.

Available

fire-fighting

equipments

should

be

around

working

place,

with

pro

staff

in

charge

of

this

equipment. Keep inflammable far away form welding work section. Make sure no fire

can be make by splashing spark.

5.

Cut off power supply before removing holder line. Workers can not climb up

with holder line.

6.

When work finishing, workers should cut off power supply and check work

place, making sure that there is no hidden danger. They could leave after that.

Transport

concrete

to

casting

with

tower

crane.

Lift

van should be stopped at 200-300mm above floor. Concrete should be casted slowly

in case of frame fall apart.

2.

Workers should follow operating instruction when they vibrate concrete. Plug

vibrator into concrete quickly and extract it slowly. Workers should follow operating

instruction when they use planar vibrator.

3.

Workers should check frame during and after casting concrete. If descending

happen to frame, worker should fix it in time.

1.

Workers who join in this construction should have a good knowledge on their

own safety technical operating specification. During operating, workers should work

seriously. Operating after drinking is forbidden.

2.

Machinist must receive training, pass relative examination and get operating

certificate so that they can operate machine independently.

3.

Workers

should

use

protective

equipment

and

safety

protective

facility

in

right way. Everyone must wear safe helmet when he enter into site. Baring feet and

wearing slipper are not allowed on site. Safety belt must be used when worker work at

some high section. Entrance and exit should be covered by protective shed or others

insolating

facility

when

workers

are

involved

with

each

other

at

the

same

time.

Protective

rail,

baffle

and

safety

net

should

be

fixed

above

3

meters

from

ground.

Regular check helmet and safety net.

4.

Safety sign and caution plate should be fixed on scaffolding. They can not be

removed unless construction crew allow removing.

5.

Traffic signs should be fixed on site.

Disclosure content:

1.

Before and after storm, workers should check temporary facility, scaffolding,

electromechanical equipment and temporary circuit. If leakage of electricity, leakage

of rain, lean, deformation and sinking are found, workers should mend and fix them in

time. Serious problems must be solved immediately.

2.

Roads on site should be maintained well.

3.

Workers

should

take

ventilating

and

cooling

measure

when

their

work

surroundings is too hot to work.
