Contract

In addition,
the Sellers shall, within three
days
after
shipment,
send
by
express
airmail
one
extra
sets of
the
aforesaid
documents
directly
to
the
Buyers.
另外，卖方应于货物发运后三天内
，用特快专递寄
送一套上述的单据给买方。
11. SHIPMENT:
The Sellers
shall ship the goods within the
shipment
time
from
the
port
of
shipment
to
the
destination.
Transshipment
is
allowed.
Partial
shipment is not allowed.
运输：卖方应于交货期内将合同货物从装货港运到
目的港，不许分批，允许转运。
12. SHIPPING ADVICE:
The
sellers
shall,
immediately
upon
the
completion of the
loading of the goods, advise by fax
the
buyers of the Contract No., commodity, quantity,
invoiced value, gross weight, name of
vessel and date
of delivery etc. In
case due to the sellers not having
faxed in time, all losses caused shall
be borne by the
sellers.
装运通知：卖方应于装货后，立即用传真将有关合
同号、货物、数量、发票价值、毛重、运输工具名称、交货
日期、货物预计
抵达日等资料通知买方。如果由于卖方未能
通知买方而造成的所有损失均由卖方承担。<
