merchantability

仲裁：在执行本合同中所

应提请仲裁。仲裁地点在中国，由中国国际贸

经济贸易仲裁委员会进行，根据该委员会的仲裁决定为最终
决定，
买卖双方都应服从，除仲裁委员会另有判定外
