said
that

we
are
not

need

interesting
indication
of
the
way
we
are
very
largely
the
helpless
prisoners
of
the
language
in
general
use
around us.

mainly
used
by
officials
in
the
public
health
department
of
the
government
(
even if we all agree that this word is very
useful and we need this word in our
daily

expression ) , it interestingly
indicates how
we
become
helpless
to
such
an
extent
when we
deal with general use of language
in
our daily lives.

Even
where
there
would
be
widespread
agreement
that
there
is
a
linguistic
deficiency,
very
few
communities
in
the
world
seem
to
have
settled
the
means
whereby remedies can be agreed upon and
adopted.

solve

problem
