能将其用于学科教学。阅读辅导一般也不采取集体上课的办法 。

开设以上课程的目的是为创新拔尖人才的早期培养打好基础 。

要解决目前培养人才上存在的

一些问题：

学生知识结构不合理，认知思路和方法，训练不完整。

课程安排上轻人文社会科

学，重数学和自然科学，重分科知识教学，缺乏将课程内容综合思考融会贯通的训练等。

实验班教学要真正实现学生的主 体地位，

“教”是为了“不教”，

培养学生的自学能力，

是教学的根本目标。
