facilitate

the

and

execution

worthwhile

predominantly in China and/or globally that wish to implement a pro-growth, pro-

poor, pro-employment economic program.

implement

the

policies

and

ontrols

to

ensure

the

project’s

success.

the people and subject to certain terms and conditions contained herein, and agree

to provide funding to ensure each of the project’s growth.

projects

agreed

both

parties,

accordance

with

the

development

plans

agreed and acceptable by both parties.

Both parties collectively agree that the project investment funds are solely intended

development

and

implementation

that

are

agreed

by

both

parties.

other investments will need to be agreed by both parties in writing.
