how

maintain

balance

First

all,

the

has

laid

and

policies

restrain

the

rise

of

house

prices. Besides, the construction of low-rent and economically affordable housing is also speeded

up

to

promote

the

steady,

healthy

and

sustainable

development

of

real

is

firmly

believed

modern

society,

people's

material

life

is

affluent

psychological

stress

severe.

Confronted

fierce

competition

and

more

people

are

in

the

state

of

psychological

sub-health.

As

is

indicated

in

a

number

psychological

problems,

like

anxiety,

perturbation,

boredom,

helplessness and so on, overwhelm many people, simply pushing them to the edge of the cliff.

There

are

a

lot

of

factors

causing

psychological

sub-health,

such

as

mental

unbalance,

interpersonal

tension,

the

lack

of

external

communication

and

stimulation,

irregular

life,

nutritional insufficiency, inadequate physical exercise and the like. Pessimism and perfunctoriness

are always ways of people who are in the state of sub-health. The sub-health seriously impedes

people's daily life, even worse, it brings about the tragedy of suicide.

Fortunately, it has gained great concern of the whole society and people are going out of their

way to tackle this problem. Above all, we should keep optimistic, independent and confident. Next,

we should maintain good interpersonal relationship and communicate more with others to adjust

ourselves to different kinds of situations. Finally, we should live regularly and strengthen physical

exercise. Only in this way can we shake off psychological sub-health and enjoy a happy life.

the food safety have become the focus of people's attention. From the phenomena, we can see that

some enterprises are in short of social responsibility. The causes of the shortage of responsibility

or even conscience may be as follows. Firstly, people's worship of money has resulted in distorted

personality and alienated soul, which makes people disregard human life in their desperate pursuit

of maximum interests. Furthermore, deficient supervision gives rise to the fearless adventurers to

pursue as many profits as they can.

In

my

opinion,

there

are

still

more

things

to

be

done.

Firstly,

the

government

should

take

effective

measures

to

ensure

the

quality

of

products,

particularly

the

food

safety

as

it

concerns

everyone's life. Secondly, illegal traders should be severely punished to increase the cost of their

crimes and make them think twice before doing illegal things. Thirdly, we consumers must attach

importance

to

the

things

we

eat

and

develop

an

awareness

of

how

to

protect

our

legal

rights

if

cheated. Only in this way can we be able to build a more secure and harmonious society.

In

we

tend

demonstrates the issue of false celebrity endorsement.

In the past few years, due to counterfeit and shoddy products some stars advertised as well as

fake and exaggerated information some experts advocated, successive disturbances are triggered

in our country. The way that celebrities hold the scale and regulate their words and deeds in public

has aroused wide concern.
