道歉信

道歉信是因工作失误，引起对方的不快 ，以表示陪礼道歉的信函。一般使用第一人称和第二人称，时态

以一般现在时和一般过去 时为主，同时注意道歉信语气要诚恳，要写清楚给对方造成不便的原因，理由要
