甲乙双方本着平等自愿和诚信的原则，经双方平等协商，就乙方
在甲方
资助、支持下赴欧洲攻读博士学位事宜，达成如下协议条款，
以供签约双方共同遵守执行
。
Based
on
the
principles
of
equality,
voluntariness
and
good
faith,
concerning Party B
’
s going
to Europe for a PhD under
the fund of
Party A, two parties, through equal negotiation,
have reached and shall abide by the
following agreement.
第一条
为招揽人才，甲方自愿资助乙方赴
（国家）留学，
帮助其至
大学的
教授处攻读博士
学位，资助期限为

年（具体起止时间以乙方录取通知的留学期
限为准）。
Article
1
In
order
to
attract
talents,
Party
A
voluntarily
grants financial
aid to Party B to study abroad in (country)
for
a
PhD
with
Professor of
University
for
a
period
of four years.
第二条
在乙方留学攻读博士学位期
间，
甲方自愿按照每月
1350
欧元（

月）的标准，向乙方提供生活费资助，即甲方每年
应
提供资助费用总计
16200
欧元。
Article 2
During Party B

s pursuit of
the PhD, Party A
voluntarily
provide
Party
B
with
living
expenses
of

资助费用的支付
Article 3
Payment of the fund
甲方应当于每年

服务期约定
Article 4
Service term
乙方留学结束后回国的，应
当服从甲方分配，到甲方安排的工作
岗位工作，双方约定服务期不少于

年，自乙方上岗之日起算。

B
returns
to
China
after
studying
abroad,
he/she
shall
submit
to
Party
A
’
s
assignment
and
work
at
the
position
arranged by Party
A. Both parties agree that the service term
shall be no less than 2 years, starting
from the date of work.
乙
方在服务期内的具体工资标准及福利待遇由甲乙双方届时另行
协商确定，但基本工资不得
低于人民币

The
specific
wage
standard
and
benefits
in
the
service
term
will
be
otherwise
agreed
by
both
parties.
The
basic
wage
shall
not be less than RMB Yuan per
month.
第五条
双方权责
Article 5
Rights and obligations
（一）甲方
Party A
1.
本协议签订后，
甲方应当按照本协议约定，及时、足额将每年
的资助费用支付至乙方指定收款账户，以保
障乙方顺利完成学业；
Upon the
execution of this agreement, Party A shall, in
accordance
with
the
provisions
of
this
agreement,
pay
the
annual
fund in full and in time to the account designated
by
Party
B,
to
ensure
Party
B
’
s
successful
completion
of
his/her
studies.
2.
乙方留学结
束后，甲方有权要求乙方到安排的岗位提供服务。
After
the end of Party B
’
s
overseas study, Party A is
entitled
to
require
Party
B
to
provide
service
at
the
position
Party A arranges.
3.
乙方未能够按照计划顺利毕业时，
甲方有权对其延期毕业原因
进行调查核实。
If Party B cannot graduate according to
the plan, Party A
has
right
to
investigate
on
the
reasons
for
the
delayed
graduation.
（二）乙方
Party B
1.
乙方在留学期间，
应当专心学业，
提高
自身的知识水平与专业
技能，完成留学计划。
During overseas study, Party B shall
concentrate on the
studies, improve
his/her knowledge and professional skills,
and complete the overseas study plan.
2.
乙方留学结束后，
应当及时返回国
内，
按照约定到甲方处参加
工作，运用其所学知识与技能为甲方
创造实际的经济效益。
After the end of
overseas study, Party B shall return to
China
in
time,
work
with
Party
A
as
agreed
and
then
create
actual
economic benefits for
Party A by applying the knowledge and
skills he/she has obtained abroad.
3.
如本协议第一条约定的资助期限届满，乙方未能够顺利毕业
的，乙方应提前
天通知甲方，并及时向甲方申请延长资助期限。
If Party B cannot successfully graduate
at the expiry of
the subsidy period
under Article 1 of this agreement, he/she
shall inform Party A in advance days
and apply to Party A
timely for the
extension of subsidy period.
第六条
资助期限的延长
Article 6
Extension of subsidiary period
如乙方无法顺利毕
业非因其个人消极懈怠学业所致，
经甲方调查
核实后，甲方可根
据乙方申请，适当延长资助期限，但每次延长期限
最长不超过
1
年，申请延期次数不得超过
2
次。
If Party A investigates and
finds that Party B
’
s failure
to graduate is caused by his/her being
negative or passive in
study,
it
may
appropriately
extend
the
subsidy
period
according
to Party B's application, provided that
the extension period
shall not exceed 1
year each time, and the application for
extension shall not exceed 2 times.
第七条
违约责任
Breach of
agreement
1.
如约定的资助期限届满，
乙方因个人原因，
在两次延期后仍然
不能毕业的，
乙方应向甲方支付违约金，违约金计算方式如下：违约
金

甲方资助总费用×
120%
。
If
Party
B
cannot
graduate
after
two
times
of
extension
due
to personal reasons at the expiry of
the agreed subsidiary
period, he/she
shall pay liquidated damages to Party A, which
