三、劳动保护和劳动条件

四、劳动报酬



Labor remuneration


根据“按劳分配”原 则,实行同工同酬,乙方的报酬不得低于当地最低工资标准。具体薪酬


标准、支付方式以 及支付时间按公司制定的《薪酬管理制度》执行。

五、社会保险



Social Insurance


甲方应按照国家有关社会保险的法律、法规和政策为乙方缴纳基本 养老、基本医疗、失业、


工伤、生育保险费用;社会保险费个人缴纳部分,甲方从乙方工 资中代扣代缴。

national laws, regulations and policies relating to social insurance, Party A shall pay the basic pension, basic


medical,


unemployment,


work


injury


and


maternity


insurance


costs,


for


the


Party


B;


social


insurance


premiums paid by individuals part is withhold wages from Party B.


六、劳动纪律和规章制度



Labor discipline and regulations

甲方依法制定的劳动纪律和规章制度,


乙方有义务遵守;


Labor discipline and regulations legally


stipulated by party A, party B shall have the duty to abide by it.

甲方已对乙方进行了劳动纪律、


操作规程、


管理制度等相应的培训;

、乙方应 当遵守甲方的工作操作规程,服从工作安排;

、乙方违反劳动纪律或规章制度, 甲方有权按本单位的规章制度,给予纪律处分,直至解除


本合同。


If Party B violates labor discipline or regulations, Party A is entitled by the rules of the unit to give

七、劳动合同的变更



The change of labor contract


订立本合同所依据的客观情况发 生重大变化,


致使本合同无法继续履行的,

八、劳动合同的解除

(一)双方协商一致,劳动合同可以解除。
