especially

the

innocent

children.

And

Racial

and

ethnic

discrimination occur on a daily basis, hindering progress for millions of people around the world.

So African American are supposed to get the same education with whites. They are all citizens in

the United States, we shouldn't divide the country in two parts.

14th Amendment -Section 1.

All

persons

born

or

naturalized

in

the

United

States,

and subject

to

the

jurisdiction

thereof,

are

citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce

any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall

any State deprive any person of

life, liberty, or property

, without due process of law; nor deny to

any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

According to the Protection Equal Clause, every citizens of the United States are equal. But

in the

field of public education, the doctrine of

facilities are inherently unequal. Therefore, the

protection of the laws guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment.

Bible-

Romans 2:11 For there is no partiality with God.

Ephesians 6:9; ' ... and masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that
