》(以下简称《劳动合同法》)、《深圳市
员工工资支付条例》(以下简称《工资支付条
例》)等有关法律法规
的规定,甲乙双方遵循合法、公平、平等自愿、协商一致、诚实信

的原则,签订本劳动合同,共同遵守本劳动合同所列条款。

三、工作时间和休息休假

四、劳动报酬
Article4

五、社会保险和福利待遇
Article 5
Social Insurance and Welfare
(一)甲乙双方按照国家和省、市有关规定,参加社会保险,
缴
纳社会保险费。

and Party B must participate in social insurance
and pay social insurance premiums on a monthly
basis in accordance with the national
and provincial law.
(二)乙方患病
或非因工负伤,甲方应按国家和省、市的有关规
定给予乙方享受医疗期和医疗期待遇。<

an illness or sustained a non-work-related injury,

B medical
treatment and medical leave accordance with
National or provincial regulation.
(三)乙方患职业病、因工负伤的,甲方按《中华人民共和国职
业病防治
法》、《工伤保险条例》等有关法律法规的规定执行。

六、劳动保护、劳动条件和职业危害防护
Article 6
Labor Protection, Working Conditions
and Protections against Occupational
Hazards
(一)甲方按照国
家和省、
市有关劳动保护规定,
提供符合国家安
全卫生标准的劳动作业场所和必要的劳动防护用品,
切实保护乙方在
生产工作中的安全和健康。

education and training programs relating to labor
safety, professional
skills and labor
disciplines etc. According to the requirements of
state labor protection and
safe-
production, Party A shall provide
necessary working condition to ensure Party B’s
safety and health.
(二)甲方按照国家
和省、
市有关规定,
做好女员工和未成年工的
< br>特殊劳动保护工作。
Party A must
conscientiously carry out relevant provisions
formulated by the state for the protection of
female and under-aged
employees.
(三)乙方从事
作业,可能产生
职业危害,
甲方应采取
防护措施,且

The Employee is engaged in

(四)乙方有
权拒绝甲方的违章指挥和强令冒险作业;对甲方危
害生命安全和身体健康的行为,
乙方有权要求改正或向有关部门举报。

rules of safe operations during working process,
and has the right
to refuse peccant
command and the right to demand correction or
report to the relevant departments.
七、规章制度
Article 7
Regulation and
Rules
(一)甲方依法制定的规章制度,应当告知乙方。
Party A draw the regulation and rules
up accordance to law and shall inform Party
B.
(二)乙方应遵守国家和省、
市
有关法律法规和甲方依法制定的规章
制度,按时完成工作任务,提高职业技能,遵守安全
操作规程和职业
道德。

B shall obey the related Law and the Regulation

(三)乙方自觉遵守国家和省、市计划生育的有关规定。

八、劳动合同变更
Article 8
Alternation of Contract
甲乙双方经协商一致,
可以变更劳动合同。
变更
劳动合同应采用书
面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本双方各执一份。
Both of Party A and Party B reach a
consensus on alteration of contract, which shall
be in written form.

九、劳动合同解除和终止
Article 9
Dissolution and Termination
of Contract
(一)甲乙双方协商一致,可以解除劳动合同。

Where Party A
and Party B reach a consensus, the contract can be
terminated.
(二)乙方提前三十日以书面形式通
知甲方,
可以解除劳动合同;
乙方试用期内提前三日通知甲方,
可以解除劳动合同。
To terminate the
contract, Party B shall inform Party A in written
notice in a thirty days advance. Party
B in three days advance notice to Party
A in probation period.
(三)甲方有下列情形之一的,乙方可以通知甲方解除劳动同:
In any of the following circumstances,

未按照劳动合同约定提供劳动保护或者劳动条件的;

、未及时足额支付劳动报酬的;

依法为乙方缴纳社会保险费,
经乙方要求甲方缴纳,
