among the
Community Members
In
recent
years,
there
has
been
a
widely-held
feeling
towards
the
sense
of
community. On the surface, it may seem
a sound idea, but on closer analysis we find
many of us are increasingly
transferring a chunk of our friendships, a major
of our
everyday
social
lives,
from
home
to
office.
But
on
closer
analysis,
we
find
there
must be something
massively disruptive, the significance of
communication among
the neighborhood
community members has been paid more attention.
The intended meaning given to us, I
suppose, it

s high time that
effective measures
be
taken
to
improve
communication
among
the
community
members.
First
and
foremost, we can
organize recreational activities among our members
in our
spare
time,
by
means
of
playing
games
,
the
relationship
among
our
members
will
spontaneously get
closer. In addition, we can open up a chat room
where people can
communicate, share and
introduce their professional knowledge to each
other which
will
enrich
people
’
s
knowledge
and
emotions
to
a
large
extent.
Last
but
not
least,
there is a rule that
members must pay a visit to our neighbors once at
least.
It is imperative for us to
realize the communication , taking care of our
neighbors,
our fellow humans, and the
community which we live and work, only in this way
can
we achieve a harmonious, happiness
and prosperous community.
The Shrinking Families
Today
with
the
development
of
enomic
and
the
change
of
tranditional
opinion,more
and
more
chinese
families
are
becoming
smaller
and
smaller.
In
ancient,Chinese family usually contains
three generations,even four generations under
one there are a lot of members in a
family, such as grandfather ,father ,uncle
and so now these families are
disappared,reapled with small families who are
make up with two generations, father
,mother and a son or danghter.
Reasons
for
this
are
complex,but
I
think
we
can
put
it
in
the
fllowing
,with the development of enomic, the
cost of feeding a child are more and
more expensive, most of familes can
hardly afford anther , in the Eighty
or
ninety age,Chinese
government
actualized one-child policy,this policy reduce the
growth of the population and speed up
the coming of small , today most
of
Chinese people are changing their tranditional
opinion,they think they can get more
freedom
and
chance
in
small
family,at
the
same
time,small
family
is
more
suit
for
modern
society ,and it is advocated by the , today
Chinese security
are
perfecting,that
means
government
are
becoming
a
important
role
in
the
provide
for
the aged,so the people make up the big family
which is provided for the aged is
not
necessary.
In the modern chinese
society, the disappered of big family and the
produce
of
small family are
in the changing process ,we may face a lot
problems,
so we pay attention to the
problems , and make sure the success of family
structure
