Abstract:
Since
we entered university, we have made the
acquaintance of
people from various
regions. And we find many differences in
celebrating our traditional festival
such as Spring Festival,
Dragon Boat
Day, Mid-Autumn Festival. So we made a survey in
this aspect.
This report
focuses on differences of some typical traditional
festival in different regions, such as
the right time of having
New Year's Eve
dinner, the taste of rice dumplings.

Introduction:
Chinese traditional festival plays a
significant part of Chinese
historic
culture. The formationprocess of traditional
festival is
an accumulation process ofa
nation or country's history and
culture.
The north and south
of our country varies a lot in the
geographic location, climate
characteristics, history and culture
as
well as the different political and economic
activities, which
results in the
differences of the customs of traditional
festival.

it comes to the differences, what we do, how we do
and
when we do are important.
The Survey
Design: Methodology and
Procedure
Firstly, we made questionnaires
concerned with details of
differences
of spending traditional festival.
Secondly, we distributed them to
students in Siping campus of
Tongji
University. At the same time, we obtained several
answers of the questionnaire from
Internet, which should
reveal the
universality better.
Then, we had
analyzed the results of the survey carefully,
based
on multitudinous information and
resources gathered on the
books and
Internet.
Finally, we accomplished the
report.
Results and Analysis of Survey
After collectingthe answers to the
questionnaires, we
calculated and
analyzed the data. Then we come to some
