管理办法》的相关规定，经友好协商，就合作经营
出境游事宜，达成以下协议。

一、工作划分

二、质量保证
/Quality management:
双方必
须认真操作。保证质量，做好前后环节的衔接，避免出错，以优质的服务做好每一个出境团队（或散

三、团队出境前双方义务
/Group leaves

双方应随时保持信息交流，及时勾通情况，双方必须最迟于出境前十天做出团队最后确认

诞节等旺季期间计划要提前预报，具体要求按实际作业情况商定）。<

四、违约责任

如甲方操作失误造成游客行程延误、更改、
取消所产生的经济损失由甲方承担，除人力不可抗拒因素外，如乙方
未按约定的标准和日
程向游客提供服务，应当为游客提供补偿服务或将低于服务标准的费用差额退还甲方（或在
甲方许可的情况下直接退还给游客）。

五、第三方责任

如果甲方客人因特殊原因在签证签出的情况下要求退团，则所
产生的签证费用及机票损失费用，应由甲方或
其客人自行承担。

六、投诉处理
Dispose of
complaint:
双方对出境
团队（或散客）提出的投诉，应相互配合，调查核实，如投诉属实，根据投诉内容的责任范围，
< br>由责任方承担相应的责任，做出解释道歉，并根据相关法律规定合理赔偿客人损失。如乙方在接待中出现严 重服
务质量或信誉问题，甲方有权向乙方提出，责成乙方整改，直接取消与乙方的合作，
并可根据实际受损情况，要
求乙方赔偿损失。
