活中，我们经常会换洗枕巾、枕套，晾晒被褥，但是往往忽略了对枕芯的清
理工作。
健康专家指
出，
人们每天睡觉的时候，
头发上沾染的污垢及头皮分泌的汗渍

油垢会逐

枕套和枕芯里
。
由于填充在枕芯中的物品一般都具有吸潮的特点，

的污物在潮湿的环境中极易滋生病菌，对人体健康尤为不利。此外，当婴儿喝完奶睡觉时
