As the social development, most of us think that men and women should enjoy equal rights.

Many countries even got through laws to guarantee the equality. However, there is no denying that

there still exit inequality phenomenon. In a considerate amount of jobs or places, women cannot

get the same rights as what men can have. Why?

Follow are two reasons for this question. First,

men

and

women

differ

in

physiology.

Men

have

much

stronger

physique.

Second,

the

way

of

thinking between men and women are diverse. From these differences, we can see that men and

women

ought

to

be

good

at

distinct

fields.

As

far

as

I

am

concerned,

it

is

difficult

to

justify

equality

or

inequality

between

them,

because

men

and

women

both

have

their

different

weaknesses and strengths.

To conclude, to claim equal rights is wise, but what is unwise is that

to call for women to do the same work what men can do.

From my point of view , the equality between men and women can promote our countr

y’s

economy in some degree . Women can make contributions to our society as well as men . Also ,

men can help women do some housework at weekends . I also think that women can do the same

work with men so that they also can earn more money for their family.

With

the

development

of

science

and

technology

,

women

must

really

have

independently

ability to just go . The progress of science and technology make production and combat will no

longer rely on energy, or is no longer only the strength, this makes the woman by status has been

improved,

but

so

far

and

no

appear

totally

equal

conditions.

So,

I

think,

women

with

men

are

equal, should enjoy equal rights and bear the same obligations.

So,

how to achieve equality between men and women ? First.

the awareness of women

rights .Now

let

us

look

at

the

same

field

in

some

west

America,most

women

are

treated as men,they have the same rights as have rights to work in every fileds that they

is no sex discrimination in a case for example. In two- thousand-one, six

women brought a case against Wal-Mart Stores. They say the company pays female employees, on

average, five to fifteen percent less than men for the same work. Treating employees differently

based on their sex is an illegal form of

discrimination. At last,a federal judge in California ruled

that the case can go forward as a class action. It could become the biggest

sex-discrimination

lawsuit in American history. It could involve as many as one-point-six million women employed

by

Wal-Mart

now

or

in

the

case

indicates

that

women

in

America

have

very

strong

awareness

of

women

in

China,women

keep

silent

when

their

legal

rights

are

incroached

by

our

women

should

enhance

the

awareness

of

women

.

Protect

women

to

protect

our

women

rights?the

most

important

for

us

is

to

build

a

social

system

that

our

country

can

pay

for

all

the

cost

when

our

women

bear

a

’s

to

say,when

a

woman

bear

a

child

in

hos

pital,all

the

cost

will

paid

by

our

’s

more,our governent should offer all the milk to the children under this way,women may have

no

much

burden,and

some

companies

will

have

no

worry

about

women

work.,for

they

had

no

need

to

pay

for

some

allowance

to

some

women

who

are

in

the

pregnant

and

bearing

time.

Third.

Perfecting

the

leagal

gaps

is

also

needed

in

realizing

the

real

equality

of

men

and

are

lack

of

some

concret

terms

in

our

my

opinion,our

country

should

pay

much

attention

to

the

law

about

protecting

our

women

rights,and

then

build

the

highest

in this way can make our people and some company leaders respect our

women.
