Overview

YLH tapping machine is a efficient tool for thread cutting, chamfering, screw twisting and reaming. It

has mechanical arms which can move horizontally and vertically. Its large radius operation breaks the

space

limitation

for

lathe,

boring

lathe,

milling

machine,

and

other

traditional

equipments.

While

cutting

thread,

the

applification

of

tap

guidance,which

is

perpendicular

to

the

work

surface,is

in

the

state of floating, therefore no tension or pression are produced. That ensures the accuracy of the screw

thread.

platform,

Fast changed &Safe Tap Chuck

Has

overloading

torque

protection

for

tap

collet.

The

cluth

will

automatically

disconnected

while

the

cluth- equipped chuck is tapping bland hole or workpiece with larger torque than that of the tap. The

slipping cluth can protec the screw tap from snapping off.
