因乙方的违约行为侵犯了甲方

要求乙方承担违约责任,
或者根据国家有关法律、
法规
要求乙方承担侵权
责任。
2.4
甲方支付给乙方的劳动报酬中已包含了保密费用。员工
离职后承担的
商业秘密保护义务,不以得到任何额外补偿为条件。
三、公司制度的执行
3.1
乙方承诺严格遵守公司已发
布或今后将发布的所有规章制度,并严格
按公司确定的标准、
流
程及权限操作执行,
不越权或违反流程处理任何事项,
乙
方有超越权限或违反制度、
流程行为的,
须接
受各项制度、
流程配套考核办法的
考核,
甲方视其严重程度有权无条件解除与乙方的劳动关系,
因此造成甲方损失
的,乙方应负赔偿责任。
3.2
本协议所指的制度流程的发布形式可以是书面形式发布
,也可以是通
过公司信息办公系统
(OA
办公系统
)
发布的,包括但不限于:质量类制度流程、
法务类制度流程、资金类制度流程、资产类制度流程、行政类制度流程、人事类
制度流程、其他业务性制度流程等。
3.3
乙方是否越权或违反制度流程处理事项的依据除留有乙
方签名的书面
依据及其他证明是乙方所为的有效证据之外,

括以乙方身份在甲方各信息系
统

但不限于现有的

办公系统、
资金管
理系统、
人事工资管理系统、
