courtesies
that

improper

excessive

of

Whether

use.
This
may
require
the
execution
of
a
“confidentiality
agreement,”
which
restricts
the
use,
disclosure
or
distribution
of

Once
you
have
received
confidential
information
through
legitimate
means,
you
should
use,
copy,
disclose
or
distribute
it
only
in
accordance
with
the
terms of any relevant
“confidentiality agreement.”
