1.
联系培训老师、确定培训主题、内容与方式

Responsibilities
Building a
local company culture and value system in
accordance with the corporate and division
requirements, guide employees sense of
value, improve company employer image;
按照总部相关规定建立相应的企业文化体系,引导员工价值观、维护企业良好形象。

Provide
support
and
guidance
to
managers
on
all
HR
related
on-
going
problems,
including
but not limit to employee engagement, retention,
termination etc.

Manage employee disputes, accept
employee complaint and labor dispute; and feedback
according to related regulations and

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above;
本科以上学历;

years
working
experiences

HR
field

MNC,

well
about
each

function and practice;
