在丙方的居间作用下，经友好协商，甲、乙双方达成如下一致：

线路畅通，
包括该房地产设备的完好可正常使用。
在该房地
产交付
前，上述设备如有故障，甲方应负责任修缮并支付相关费用。

examined
the

before
signing

agreement. Both
parties
agree that Party A shall deliver it to
Party B in current conditions . Party A shall
ensure that
the ducting and wiring of
the property, and all the related fixtures and
equipment are in good
working
order. If
any
is
found
to
be
defective,
Party
A
shall
make
amend
before
delivery
of
property
and bear the
necessary costs.

less than the second payment, Party

shall top up the difference when the title is

pay
the
prescribed
tax and fees.

．待过户当日，甲方安排把所有住
户搬离此物业并迁出所有户口（若有）
，然后与乙方办理交房手续，同时乙
