本课选取的是译林出版社出版的小学英语分级绘本中三年级第
二季中的
一个小故事《
Cat and
mouse
》，让学生能在趣味阅读的过程

语言知识，实现故事的阅读。这个故事主要介绍了中国
民间关于十二生肖中老
鼠排位第一的由来，学生既
能了解中国的传统
文化，又能获得有关的英语知
识。在故事的学习后，学生们会对诚实
的理解更加深刻。

学情分析
教学对象为四年级第一学期的学生。他们接触英语已

一般本文的阅读，难度稍大，但是本篇故事中有大量的对话，旁

是：学生可以借助图

理解文本的大致意思。因此，在教学过程中，

手，在学生能
力范围之内，让学生自己阅读，理解故
事的内容；四年级的学生有一定的思考
能力，适当的提示下，让学生
自己体会故事里蕴含的道理。
