现行单病种管理模式的基本内涵包 括三大部分：

管理目标、

管理原则和管理

方式。

管理目标

合理的经济效益是维持医院良性运转的保证，实行单病种

限价的底线是医院在 最大限度让利于病人的同时，

医院要有适当利润空间。

“治好病，让病人满意”是 医院工作的出发点和落脚点。

可靠的疗效和优质服务是实现这一目标的前提。
