problems
in
modern
society.
Due
to
the
inadequacy
of
expecting
the
negative effects of highly developed
industry and imperfection of prevention, three
global
crises
have
been
caused.
They
are
resource
shortage,
environmental
pollution
and
ecological plants, especially forest,
have the function of air purification in
many ing to the master planning and the
trend of ecological construction
and
development in Lixian County, the planning
construction of the park is going to take
the natural vegetation landscape as the
main body, the economic tree species, cropping
and cultivating of green agricultural
products as a supplement, horticulture exhibition
as
the
characteristics.
Relying
on
the
existing
resources
and
regional
advantages,
the
demonstration park of ecological
agriculture and circular economy development is
going
to be order to achieve
fruit
-picking
in
autumn,
fresh-tasting
in
winter
a
natural
forest
oxygen
bar
with
ecological sightseeing, leisure
vacation, agricultural development assembled is
going to
be created.

Project Overview
1.1 Base Location
Lixian
County
is
located
in
45
kilometers
southeast
of
Baoding
City,
the
delta
hinterland
of
Beijing,
Tianjin,
Shijiazhuang,
the
junction
of
Baoding,
Cangzhou,
Hengshui three cities.

1.2 Natural Conditions
With the annual mean
temperature of 11 degree, the average annual
rainfall of 522 mm,
the climate of
Lixian County is appropriate. It is located in the
central part of the west
structural
belt
plain
in
the
Bohai
Bay
Basin,
its
terrain
is
plain
which
formed
by
Quaternary flood and alluvion deposit.
The total terrain is southwest high, northeast
low.
It belongs to eastern monsoon
region warm temperate zone semi-arid area, the
feature of
continental
monsoon
climate
is
significant.
Four
distinctive
seasons,
windy
and
dry
in
spring, rainy and hot in summer, cool
and comfortable in autumn, dry and cold in winter.
In this area, the vast and fertile land
shows in your eyes and the resources such as soil,
vegetation, water are pretty rich.
1.3 Base Current Situation
According
to
the
trend
of
the
master
planning
and
ecological
construction
in
Lixian
County,
a synthetic sightseeing eco park which makes the
forest park as the main body is
planned
to build in the north area of Lixian County, with
the foundation of tree planting,
supplement
of
agricultural
cropping
and
culturing,
aiming
at
creating
the
new
regional
highlights
of
green
economy
in
Lixian
County.
The
whole
park
locates
on
the
land
specially for building
and producing, flat terrain and without
significant altitude variation.
It
occupies 24500 m
2
. There is
a pool in the northwest of the park region, with a
relatively
small area. The traffic of
park is convenient with urban arterial roads and
rural lanes.

3 Guiding ideology of planning

4 Design
principle
4.1 Adaptation to local
condition

the planning and design of Forest Park, we need to
combine the natural conditions

planning land and the surrounding environmental

the
