买受人有权拒绝交接,由此产生的延期交房责任

第六条
出
卖人保证销售的房屋没有产权纠纷和债权债
务纠纷。因出卖人原因,造成该房屋不能办理
产权登记或发
生债权债务纠纷的,由出卖人承担全部责任。
第七条
产权登记
出卖人应当在房屋交付使用后
