系统操作信息
Operating Information
操作信息表示运输商还没有收到包裹；
或者是运输商已收到包裹
，
但包裹还未被发出。
大多
数情况下，
操作信息只是预上网信息，
说明运输商已经收到包裹信息，
但实际并未收到包裹；
如果包裹状态长时间未更新，请直接联系卖家
确认包裹是否实际发出。
常见的包裹预上网信息：

通常取决于运输商的分布网
络，海关检查，航班安排等等；因此，邮政包裹的运输时长相
对较久，物流信息状态更新缓
慢，建议收件人耐心等待，必要时直接联系卖家求助。以下
