一
基本测试要求
High-
voltage transformers shall have adequate internal
insulation.
高压变压器应该有足够的内部绝缘。
Compliance is checked by
the following test.
通过以下的测试来判定是否合格。
Twice the
working voltage
is induced in the secondary winding of
the transformer by
applying a
sinusoidal voltage having a frequency higher than
rated frequency
to the
primary terminals.

test is

the test voltage is applied and is then rapidly
increased without
creating transients.

the end of the test, the voltage is decreased in a
similar manner to approximately
one-
third of its full value before switching off.
在测试结束前电压也是避免瞬间的但要迅速的减小到测试电压的三分之一后再断电。
There shall be no
breakdown between windings or between adjacent
turns of the same
winding.
结
果判定：不同绕阻之间或同一绕阻的不同绕圈之前不能出现击穿烧毁现象。

注：测试时严禁使用变频电源箱直接输出低频高压电压。
注：整个测试过程必须双手戴着绝缘手套，如果发生起火冒烟现象时立刻关断变频电源输入确
保安全。
