对方原来不知道的事。

如：

decla re

含有庄严

宣告或交代清楚的意思，

它所涉及的事不一定是对方所不知道的。

如：

被告宣称自己无罪。

仗已打了一年，但并没有宣战。

不可互换。

但有时两个词用在同一句中都说得通。
