几 分钟后，我已经在返回住处的路上了。这次面试，

我是第一位，进去以后，

看到有

位老师并排坐着，我首先向他们鞠躬问好， 最旁边一位老

师笑吟吟地请我坐下。

在这种气氛里，

个阶 段：一是自我介绍阶段。由于我事先准备过，比较容易，

我觉得在这个阶段吐字清

楚，内容简短且声音宏亮，给面试老师留下较好的初始印象，

同时自己 也要抓住机会，

尽快进入状态；

二是专业介绍阶段。

自己对所学专业有多少理解 就概括起

来说一下，

让这些老师对你所学专业有个大致了解。由 于我当时理解错误，

没有说重点，结

果把这个专业在我们学校的 队伍构成和实验室概况说了一下，现在想想都觉得当时有点可

笑；

三是抽题单答题阶段。

我抽了两道题，

都是机械原理方面的，

需要一种综合知识的能力，

由于我复习没有到位，

所以有一道题答得不好，

还思考了很久，

我想当时要 是直接说不知道

就好了，因为答这道题我用了很长时间，

估计会 令老师有点不耐烦；四是老师提问阶段。除

我导师外的任意一个老师提出一个与我专业有 关的问题，

说实话有点难，

我努力给自己一个

在复述问题的时候搜索答案，

结果还是没能 想出来，

问题说完我也不敢拖延时

间，就向老师说

“

对不起，这个问题我暂时无法解决

”

。我觉得很难过，当时看书时只顾去看

那些知识，

却 没有想到用它去解释现实中的问题；

最后的阶段是我的导师提问。

就他研究领

域某一问题，让我分析一下。这需要综合的知识和分析问题的能力，我觉得 比较简单，

因为

毕竟以前对专业知识有较深刻的理解，

所以我就按我的思路，

用专业知识去分析，

提出 方案。

我想这个问题不在乎你说的是否正确，

这是一个灵活的问 题，

或者是用来考察你思路是否清

晰，

是否具备解决问题的能力。

整个面试里没有英语能力考察，

面试 结束后我有礼貌地退出，

并叫下一个面试者进去。来到走廊里，窗外一座高楼，兀自竖在 面前，挡住了我的视线，我

有点压抑，

觉得刚才的表现不是很好 ，

不愿再去想刚才的情景，

只想早点知道结果然后回家。

后来见到师姐，她开玩笑地说：

“

如果你没有 通过面试，会哭吗？

”

我想了一会说：

“

不会，

因为不是我所做的每件事都会是我想要的结果，

也许我会很难过，

但我不会哭，

毕竟我很努< /p>

力了。

”

笔者在面试时，老师提问主要是量子力学。这一门课程只学过 半个学期，并且它本身很难，

复习时也没有作为主攻课程。这时，

笔者首先回答了基础性的问题，如波粒二象性、薛定谔
