personal
habit

help us a lot. So

d like to change one of my
bad
habits. I
used to
get up late and go to bed late. So
I always
felt
sleepy in class. Now

it. First, I should play
less phone games and finish
my homework
quickly but carefully. In this way, I
can save a lot of time to have a good
rest. What

get
up

once
when

alarm
