世界人权日的由来：

日。联合国
于
1948
年
12
月
10
日
通过了
< br>《世界人权宣言》
，
并定每年的
12
月
10
日为国际人权日。
受到
该世界人权宣言的启示，
联合国在
1966
年制定了“经济、
社会及文化
权利国际公约”及“公民权利和政治权利国际公约”，目的在进一步
阐明
并执行宣言所揭示之各项人权精神。该二盟约加上“公民权利和
政治权利国际公约”之任
择议定书与“世界人权宣言”合称“国际人
权宪章”(International
Bill of Human
Rights)，为国际间最重要
之人权典章。
