1.
要认真解读图标，切勿疏漏重要数据信息和 细节提示，不必每个
数据都涉及，但重要数据必须提到。

2.
对图表中 的内容分析、数据说明一定要简明扼要，尽量使用简单
句，因为复杂的句式往往起不到清

晰表达的效果。

3.
结论性的表达要从图表信息分析或数据归纳而来， 这样才能使得
语言有说服力，切忌主观判断，

更不能主观臆造。
