英文合同中款项支付条款约定
支付条款即国际贸易合同中规定的款项交付方式的条款。一般而言，分为汇付、托收和信
用证三种支付方式，下面分别介绍具体的合同条款设置：

汇付条款
汇付（
remittance
）通常有四个关系人：汇款 人
remitter,
收款人
payee or beneficiary,

。
汇付方式分为信汇
mail transfer

Telegraphic
transfer ( T/T),
票汇
remittance by banker’s demand draft(D/D)
。
汇付通常用于预付款和赊账交易，
应当在合同中明 确规定汇付的时间、
具体的汇付方法和金
额等内容。

买方应于合同签署后

）方式结算货款的贸易，合同必须规定交单条件和付款 、承兑责任以及付
款期限等内容。托收关系人包括：委托人

托收银行
remitting bank,
代收银行
collecting bank,
付款人

。
托收种类包括：

documents against payment, D/P,
包括
即期付款交单
documents
against payment at sight, D/P sight
和
远期付款交单
documents against payment after sight, D/P
after sight
。

、承兑交单
documents against acceptance, D/A
例：
即期付款交单
买方凭卖方开具的即期跟单汇票，于第一次见票时立即付款，付款后交单。
Upon first presentation the buyers shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the sellers at
sight. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.

远期付款交单
买方对卖方开具的见票后

天付款的 跟单汇票，于第一次提示时予以承兑，并应于汇票到
期日即予付款，付款后交单。
The buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft drawn by the sellers at 15 days sight upon firs
presentation and make payment on its maturity. The shipping documents are to be delivered
against payment only.
承兑交单
买方对卖方开具的见票后

天付款的跟单汇票，于第一 次提示时予以承兑，并应于汇票到
期日即予付款，承兑后交单。
The buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft drawn by the sellers at 15 days sight upon firs
presentation and make payment on its maturity. The shipping documents are to be delivered
against acceptance.
例：
货物 装运后，
卖方应将以买方为付款人的即期汇票连同本合同的各种货运单据，
通过卖
方银 行寄交买方银行转交买方，
并托收货款。
买方凭卖方开具的即期跟单汇票于见票时立即
付款，付款后交单。
After delivery, the seller shall send throug
h the seller’s bank a draft at sight drawn on the buyer
together with the shipping documents to the buyer through the buyer’s bank for collection. Upon
first presentation the buyer shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the seller at sight. The
shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.
例：
货物装运 后，
卖方应将以买方为付款人的远期汇票连同本合同的各种货运单据，

方银行寄 交买方银行转交买方，并托收货款。买方对卖方开具的见票后
