叶轶儒：ok everyone! It’s our turn to give our term project. First I want to show something about
our term project theme. Look at the pictures on the screen. Today we will follow Zhang Kai
experience when he came to a snack street after a tired school day. Look! Here he and Wang
Yixiang come.

First scene--meet in the street
张锴：I am feeling very bad.I'm hungry……
王奕翔：Let's ask somebody to see where we can get something to eat. Look there seems to be a
student over there. Let's go and ask him.
张锴：I think he is one of my acquaintance. (come to Ye Yiru)Hey guy!
叶轶儒(with a phone in hand)：Hey! It's you! Oh, i have something to do now. I will call back later.

王奕翔：Cool! Let's go together.

Second scene--got to the snack street
王奕翔：There are so many choices what should we eat?
张锴：Look！Fried chicken! I want it!
王新强：Hey everybody! Fresh fried chicken! You can get benefits from it. Tastes good and cost
low！ Why not have a try?
张锴：You two who want to have a try. It seems so good.
叶轶儒：I have no interest.
王奕翔:Neither do I
张锴：Hey! Come on! Have a try!
王奕翔：Just go straight alone! We just have no interest in fried things in the snack street. Because
there have been too many negative news about the unhealthy cooking oil and the stale meat and
the additive which make the snack tastes better and make more profit for the sellers.
叶轶儒：that is true. That's why the goverment put so many rules to control the snack with the
level of its raw marteriral.
张锴：There is nothing to do with my empty stomach.
王新强：Oh guy! You are quite right my fried chicken's raw material is the best one especially the
cooking oil. There is nothing to worry about the quality of my fried chicken.
张锴：All right, give me 2 pieces.
王新强：Good choice! Wait a minute please.
王奕翔：And what to do next?
张锴：Roast mutton,of course.
王新强: Roast mutton? Do you think you need to go somewhere else? I have it! It's made of the
best mutton and all the additives can be chosen by yourself. Once you have tried it you must want
the second time.
张锴：Really?
王新强：Of course!
张锴：This time, you two, want to try?
叶轶儒、王奕翔：No again.
张锴：Why?
叶轶儒:I'm afraid that the mutton is not fresh enough. Look at what the seller has thrown away, it
looks dark. So i don't think it is safe enough for us to eat.
王奕翔：That is, got it?
张锴：Whatever,I don't care.
王新强：So guy, how many?
张锴：Five？Ok!five. And what else do you have?
王新强：The red eggs. It's the one that you can just try it if you had a high social position in
ancient China. Want a try?
张锴(Turn to the other two)
王奕翔：I don't think it's safe enough as there maybe some dangerous additive in the red eggs, and
you see, the environment is not so good.
叶轶儒:Yep, all the raw material there are covered by dust and the flies, you can imagine, do you

王新强：Flies? These are not flies, see clear please, they are lovely bees.

Third scene--on the way back to dorm
张锴：yummy, you guys should have a try too, there are so good, I will have more tomorrow.
王奕翔：I bet one day you will have stomachache because of these foods.
叶轶儒：I agree.
张锴：you are kidding, i don't think such delicious food can be harmful.
王奕翔：sure?
张锴：sure! Or maybe not so sure, holly cow, what's wrong with my stomach? Oh, shit, what i can
do to deal with it right now?
叶轶儒：Turn to a doctor, do you think there are any more choices?
张锴：Yes, toilet of course.

Forth scene --in waiting room
张锴:Doctor! I need a doctor now!
叶轶儒：How terrible! Thanks god! We haven't tried the snacks.
王奕翔：Also thanks Zhang Kai. If he is allright now, I think I will buy the snack tomorrow.
叶轶儒： Yes, and by the way what's the time now?
王奕翔：Exactly 10 o'clock. Just an hour left before the door of our dorm close.
叶轶儒：But we are still starving.
王奕翔:That's right! We haven't eaten anything tonight.
叶轶儒:How about going to fill our empty stomaches?
王奕翔：Shouldn't we stay here and wait for Zhang Kai's coming out?
叶轶儒:He said, food comes first. And I think he won't be out in a short time.
