2019高考英语定语从句分析限定和非限定
限定从属句和非限定从属句大多数情况是差不多的，比如下面这种情况：
He asked a lot of questions which were none of his
business generally managed to annoy everyone.
他提出一大堆和他不相关的问题，弄得大家都很厌烦。
He asked a lot of questions, which were none of his
business, generally managed to annoy everyone.
他提出一大堆问题，和他不相关，弄得大家都很厌烦。
两种翻译其实都差不多，而下面这种情况则不同：
The government, which promise to cut taxes, will be popular.
这个政府，它答应减税，将会深得人心。
隐含的意思是：这个政府不管怎样都会深得人心的。
The government which promise to cut taxes will be popular.
只有承诺减税的政府才会深得人心。
隐含的意思是：不承诺减税的政府是不会深得人心的。
在非限定从属句中，which 还可以代替整个主句：
He finished college at fifteen, which I found hard to believe.
I said nothing, which still made himmore angry.
