foreign affairs, translating technical/contractual

drafting
various

such

resource

Bank
and
interpreting
at
mediate

the
employer &
engineers

staff patrolling
alongside the Yellow River Banks.
Achievements:
due to the
fast understanding / positive attitudes and
technical basis I got from the
first
stage of the project, I was appointed as a member
of international bidding group, a member of
the
contractual
management
group,
at
the
special
period
of
the
contract
implementation.
I
was
delegated
as one of the members for special mission of
investigation, taking part in many cases of
claming and counter claiming
preparations.
My contributions were
proposing many good possible
solutions
and
finding
the
clues
for
projects
to
solve
contractual
problems
on
strong
technical
supportive
observations through conciliation with the high
government officials.
For that project was undertaken in

FIDIC
Clauses, first of all , I was trained
by foreign experts then took part in
training the other Chinese and foreign Engineers
in respect of
FIDIC.
