，其制定并会同国家质量监督检验检疫总局发
布了
6
项新国家大气污染物排放标准。
On May
10,2015,China Environmental Protection Agency said
it has laid down and
declared with
AQSIQ six new national standards for air pollutant
emission.
至此，
《大气污染防治行动计划》
要求制定大气污染物特别排放限值的
25
项重
点行业排放标
准已全部完成。
据了解，
这
6
项新标准对于新建企业来说，
将于
2015
年
7
月
1
日正式实施；
而对于现有企业来说
，将于
2017
年
7

1
日正式实施。
Up to now,it have been completed that
emission standards in 25 primary businesses
were
required
by
Air
Pollution
Prevention
and
Control
Action
Plan
to
define
special
emission
limits
on
air
is
said,
the
six
new
standards
will
be
carried
out
on
July
1,2015
for
the
start-ups
and
on
July
1,2017
for
the
present
corporations.

本次发布的
6
项新标准较现行标准要求提高明
显，
通过实施将可大
幅削减相关重点行业的污染物排放，包括颗
粒物（
particulate matter
；
PM
）
、氮氧化物
（
nitrous
oxide
；
NOx
）
、
二氧化硫
（
sulfur
dioxide
；
SO2
）
、
挥发性有机物
（
volatile
organic
compound
；
VOC
）和重金属（
heavy
metal
）等。

从高能耗转向节能减
排，同时促进行业转型升级、技术进步。

行业作为本次《无机化学工业污染物排放标准》适用于

行业

fluorite

、氟硅酸钠（
sodium

）及其他含氟化学物为原
料生产的氟化
物、氟硅酸（
fluosilicic
acid
）及盐、氟铝酸（
fluoaluminic
ac
id
）及盐、
氟硼酸（
fluobor
ic
acid
）及盐、氟熔剂（
fl
uorine
fluxing
agent
< br>）等。在实施该新标准
后，将大幅提高污染物排放限值。例如氨氮（
ammonia nitrogen
）
、化学需氧量
（
chemical
oxygen demand
；
COD
）
、总铅（
total lead
）的排放量与现行标准相比，排放量将分别削
减
71%
、
77%
和
67%
；颗粒物（
PM
）和
SO2
的排放量将分别削减
90%
和
71%
。
而氟树脂行业长期以来执行的是《大气污染物
综合排放标准》
