单位证明函撰写说明：
单位出具的《在职及收入证明函》可以说是签证申请的核心材
料之一。格式、内容规范，措辞
郑重、
得体的信函，
可以从一个侧面表现出申请者所在单位的良好形象，
给签证官留下较好的印
象，
起到为申请加分的作用。对单位函件的要求有以下几个方面：
一、办理签证所要求的内容要素必须完整
外国驻华使、领馆一般要求单位证明函包含以下内容：
1.
单位
确认申请者姓名、护照号、在本单位工作年限、现任职务、现工资水平等
;
2.
单位
确认申请者此行是公费，还是自费
;
3.
单位确认是否担保在申请者出国
期间，为其保留职位和工资。

以上是单位证明函内容的一般要求。而不同类型单位的证明函出具也有不同的讲究。
二、国家机关出具证明函应遵循外交外事规范
国家机关包括各级人民代表大会及
其常务委员会
(
也就是我国的各级议会
)
、
政府机关和司法机
关。
一般来说，
国家机关的公务员工作和收入都相当稳定，有利于签证办理。<
/p>
但是千万不要被内容
不完整、形式草率的单位证明函给拉后腿。<
/p>
国家机关出具证明函应注意以下几点：
1.
中国
是一个主权国家
;
汉语言文字是国家的官方语文。而依照外交规
范和惯例，国家机关向
外国政府及其派出的使节出具的公函，也属于外交照会的范畴。<
/p>
因此，国家机关出具证明信，
只出
具中文
版本，并加盖公章，作为正式的语言版本
;
英文翻译稿不盖章，
附在中文正本后面，作为非
正式附件，以方便使馆领事人员阅读理解。

2.
信函要打印在单位套头印刷的专用信笺上。
如果有外文版的外事专用信笺就更好。<
/p>
可盖人事
部门的部门章，也可盖单位公章。

英文稿既然是非正式附件，就不用打印在单位套头印刷的专用信笺上，可打印在空白的

纸上，且不盖章，也不签名。但仍应采用正式公文体的格式、字体和措辞

还是驻某个城市的领事馆

一般来说，

市级以上国家机关都设有外
事办公室。具体的外事公文规范，以外事办的解释为准。
三、民间机构出具证明函的要求
民间机构出具的函件，规格不必像国家机关的那样正式。但所
要求的内容要素一样也不能少。
格式上，
也显得郑重一些，
采用一般商
业公函的格式。
措辞上可以免去政府公文的一些文绉绉
的“拽”
词儿，显得更加简洁、更加
straight
一些。
对外国驻华使馆的
英文称呼可以不用全称，但一定要用规范的简称。
如，英国驻华大使馆，
