GF Signet Flow Transmitter
Bypass Method
In our new version InTex and InOxide,
the flow parts use GF signet flow
transmitter (electronic). It has
happened twice that this new flow part gets
out of work. Hereby, we use a temporary
method to remove this problem,
which
can
guarantee
normal
production
even
during
this
malfunction
period.
From the graph
above, you can find out that the function of it.
The flow
meter
is
inserted into
the
pipe,
like
the
red
circle shown,
and
gives
the
relevant
information
to
the
GF
signet
flow
transmitter,
like
the
green
circle
shown. Then, this value will give an electric sign
to PLC by means
of Profibus coupler.
