原文是 一则广告。译文较完整地传达了原文的意思，句子也合乎语法规则，且

增加了大量的连接 词的使用，变换了句式，达到了很好的广告的效果。

自我思考：

这是一则介绍苔干的广告 ，而且原文体现了明显的中文的表达特色，多用四字

词语。但是翻译成英语很容易造成句 子的不连贯。这句话的译文基本上还是直

译的，就是把并列的词语进行了合译。

原文：

【例二】白 杨树不是平凡的树。他在西北极普遍，不被人重视，就跟北方的农

民相似，它有极强的生 命力，磨折不了，压迫不断。也跟北方的农民似的。

译文：

White poplars are no ordinary trees. But these common trees in northwest

原书评析：汉语句群中没有任何逻辑标记，各词组，分句，句 间的逻辑关系全

凭读者自己去领会。这样的句群译成英语时需要进行逻辑重建，需要将潜 在的

逻辑关系表面化，具体到本句群的翻译，在译文中，需要添加：

but,

however,

这样的关联词语，由其标志出 逻辑系列。

自我思考：对于外国人来讲很难读懂这句话真正的 意思，因为是无章可循。做

这样的翻译，我们首先需要做的事应该是读懂原文，理清原文 所包含的的逻辑

四思维顺序。我们应该读出句子中的转折的思想。
