Technicians must keep correct position;
if one object is hoisted by more than one more
persons, load should be imposed upon
each one evenly.

Beginning from the bottom,
scaffolding is constructed step

step; counterweight can be either located behind
car or on both sides of car.
脚手架的材料有木、竹及钢管几种,无论选用哪种材料,都要
可靠地保证脚手架的稳定性
(每层有一根杆顶墙,避开门口)和足够的承载力。每层楼的
脚手架横梁上应放置两块或
两块以上的木板,木板两头应与横梁临时紧固,脚手架位置要
便于施工,不影响放线。遇
到电焊工序应随时检查有无隐患,脚手架架设的尺寸要求如图

time
when
welding

done.

检查井道壁机房楼板下是否有残余的露出壁面的异物,若有应安排人进行剔除。

井道尺寸是否在容许的公差范
围内。样板的最佳位置将使所有预制项目(即门框和导轨支
架)的安装工作顺利进行。样
板的正确定位还将消除返工和修改。样板架及放线的精确度
将直接影响到电梯安装定位的
准确性。所以,在做这项工作之前,要认真、仔细阅读电梯
的随机技术资料,了解电梯的
型号、规格、各种尺寸及参数,熟悉电气原理图、接线图、
机械安装图等。根据图纸再次
复核待装电梯的层站数,顶层高度、底坑深度,提升高度,
井道内净尺寸和垂直度,层门
型式和门洞尺寸,然后制作样板

As
the
benchmark
for
lift
installation,
model
frame
must
be
determined
prior
to
installation.
Model frame is used to determine the
plumbing in well and if dimensions of
well
is
within
error
allowance.
The
optimum
position
of
model
board
helps
the
installation
of
all
prefabricated
items
(i.e.
door
frame
and
guide
rail
support)
progress
smoothly.
Correct position of model
frame will minimize re-fabrication and
modification.
Plumbing
accuracy of model board will directly influence
