生活污水经格栅拦污后的污水直接进入调节池,设置调节池的目的调节污水的水
量和水质,为防止悬浮物在调节池内沉淀,在调节池底布有穿孔曝气管,采用间隙曝
气。
The domestic sewage
which is intercepted by grating flows in
regulating reservoir,the
function of
regulating reservoir is to
adjust the water quality and volume of sewage to
stop
the
sedimentation
of
suspending
material
in
regulating
reservoir,there
is
perforated
pipe
sparger at the bottom
of
regulating reservoir and
intermittent aeration is used.

本工程污水中有机成份较高,可
生化性较好,因此采用生物处理方法大幅度降低
污水中有机物含量是最经济的。由于污水
中氨氮及有机物含量较高,特别是有机氮,
在生物降解有机物时,有机氮会以氨氮形式表
现出来,氨氮也是一个重要的污染控制
指标,因此污水处理采用缺氧好氧
A/O
生物接触氧化工艺,即生化池需分为
A
级池和
O
级
池两部分。
调节池内污水采用污水提升泵提升至
A
级生化池,进行生化处理
。在
A
级池
内,由于污水中有机物浓度
较高,微生物处于缺氧状态,此时微生物为兼性微生物,
它们将污水中有机氮转化为氨氮
,同时利用有机碳源作为电子供体,将
NO2-N
、
NO3-N
转化为
N2
,
而且还利用部分有机碳源和氨氮合成新的细胞物质。所以
A
级池
不仅具有一
定的有机物去除功能,减轻后续
O
< br>级生化池的有机负荷,以利于硝化作用进行,而且依
靠污水中的高浓度有机物,完
成反硝化作用,最终消除氮的富营养化污染。经过
A
级池
的生化作用,污水中仍有一定量的有机物和较高的氮氨存在,为使有机物进一步氧化
分解,同时在碳化作用趋于完全的情况下,硝化作用能顺利进行,特设置
O
级生化池。
The organic
components of the sewage for this
project is rich and biodegradability is
good, so it is the most economical when
using
biological treating
technology to reduce the
organic
components
in
the
sewage.
Because
the
percentage
of
ammonia
nitrogen
and
organic
components
are
high,especially
for
organic
nitrogen,it
will
emerge
in
the
form
of
ammonia nitrogen during the degradation
of organic compounds. The ammonia nitrogen is
an important control index for
pollution, so the sewage treatment uses
aerobic-anoxic A/O
biological
contact
oxidation
technology,that
is,biochemical
pool
needs
to
be
divided
in
A
level
pool
and
O
level
sewage
in
regulating
reservoir
will
be
lifted
to
Grade
A
biochemical
pool
with
sewage lift pump
for biochemical
grade
A pool,due to
high concentration of organic matter in
the sewage, microorganism lacks the oxygen,at this
moment,it is aerobic-anaerobic microbe
and they convert the organic matter into ammonia
the
same
time,it
uses
the
organic carbon source
as
electron
donor,change
NO2-N
、
NO3-N
into
N2.
Furthermore,it
uses
part
of
organic
carbon source
and
ammonia
nitrogen to compound the new cellular
grade A pool not only has the removal
function of organic matter and reduce
the organic loading of Grade O biochemical pool,it
is
good for the proceeding of
nitrification,reply on the highly concentrated
organic matter in the
sewage and finish
the denitrification,eliminate the eutrophication
pollution of
the biochemical
action of Grade
A pool,there
is
still certain
amount
of organic matter and
high
percentage of nitrogen ammonia, for the further
oxygenolysis and smooth
running of
nitrification,when carbonification is
almost completed,set the Grade O biochemical pool.

The effluent of Grade A pool water
flows into Grade O pool by itself, the processing
of
Grade O biochemical pool depends on
autotrophic bacteria to complete, they take
advantage
of decomposition of organic
matter to generate inorganic carbon source or
carbon dioxide in
the air as nutrition
source, ammonia nitrogen in wastewater can be
converted to NO2-N
、
NO3-N.
The part of effluent from Grade O pool flows into
settling basin for precipitation,
another
part
returns
to
Grade
A
pool
for
inner
loop
to
achieve
the
goal
of
denitrification.
They are installed with filler in Grade
A and Grade O biochemical pool , the whole process
of biochemical treatment depends on a
variety of microorganisms which are attached to
the
filler.
The
dissolved
oxygen
in
Grade
A
pool
will
be
controlled
at
about
0.5mg/l.
The
dissolved oxygen in
Grade O pool will be controlled above 3mg/l, the
rate of gas and water
is 15:1.

tube settling basin for solid-liquid separation. <

含有的活性微生物,以确保出水水质达标排放。

的保确后续设备的正常运行

、一体化生活污水处理设备

一体化设备由缺氧池、好氧池、沉淀池、消
毒排放池、污泥消化池组成。
The
all-in-one
equipment
is
composed
of
anoxia
pond,aerobic
tank,settling
pond,disinfection and emission pond and
sludge digestion tank.
缺氧池主要利用反硝化菌、聚磷菌及其它厌氧或兼氧菌,去除
N
、
P
,将大颗粒杂
质
分解成为小颗粒杂质、将难降解杂质分解成易降解杂质,减轻后续处理设施的负担。
在缺
氧级池内,由于污水中有机物浓度较高,微生物处于缺氧状态,此时微生物为兼
性微生物
,它们将污水中有机氮转化为氨氮,同时利用有机碳源作为电子供体,将
NO2--
N
、
NO3--N
转化为
N2
,而且还利用部分有机碳源和氨氮合成新的细胞物质。所
以缺氧级池不仅具有一定的有机物去除功能,减轻后续生物接触氧化池的有机负荷,
以利于硝化作用进行,而且依靠污水中的高浓度有机物,完成反硝化作用,最终消除
氮的富营养化污染。经过缺氧池的生化作用,污水中仍有一定量的有机物和较高的氮

在,为使有机物进一步氧化分解,同时在碳化作用趋于完全的情况下,硝化作用
能顺利进
行,特设置生物接触氧化池,生物接触氧化池的处理依靠自养型细菌(硝化
菌)完成,它
们利用有机物分解产生的无机碳源或空气中的二氧化碳作为营养源,将
污水中的氨氮转化
为
NO2--N
、
NO3--N
。在缺氧池和生物接触氧化池中均安装有填料,
整个生化处理过程依赖
于附着在填料上的多种微生物来完成的。在缺氧池内溶解氧控
制在
0.5mg/l
左右;在生物接触氧化池内溶解氧控制在
3m
g/l
以上。生物接触氧化池出
水一部分回流至调节池进行内循
环,以达到反硝化的目的。
The anoxia pond
mainly makes use of denitrifying bacteria,
phosphorus-accumulating
bacteria and
other anaerobic bacteria to get rid of N, P ,
decompose the big particle impurity
to
small
particle
impurity,decompose
difficult
degradation
impurities
to
easy
degradation
impurities,
reduce the burden of subsequent
treatment
the anoxia pond,
due to
the
high
concentration
of
organic
matter
in
the
sewage,
microorganisms
are
in
hypoxia
condition.
At
that
moment,microorganisms
are
for
facultative
which
converts
organic
nitrogen
to
ammonia
nitrogen,meanwhile
use
organic
carbon
source
as
electron
donor,convert NO2--
N
、
NO3--N to N2,moreover make
use of part of organic carbon source
and
ammonia
nitrogen
to
compound
the
new
material.
So
anoxia
pond
not
only
has
the
removal function of organic matter and
reduce the organic loading from the contact
between
subsequent
living
matter
and oxidation
pond,it
is
good
for
the
proceeding
of
er
it
relies
on
the
highly
concentrated
organic
matter
to
finish
